The company were appointed for the turnkey design and
construction of the building to house the RO equipment and the
slab upon which the water storage tanks were to be placed
The Project included:
• Earthworks & Site preparation
• Construction of CMU/insutu concrete RO equipment building
• Personnel and coiling doors
• Interior and exterior finishes
• Construction of concrete slab for (2) 11,000 gallon water
storage tanks

Project Background
Bethell Estates established a reverse osmosis water production facility to provide water for use on the John Alfred dock. The company appointed CCM to build housing for the RO water production facility. CCM fast-tracked the construction and was the direct liaison with the owner's RO equipment contractor and the electrical contractor.
