The Company was appointed to install all structural foundations and slabs, including all underslab MEP works to two new Terminal Buildings at the Moss Town, Exuma Airport. Works were carried out using and supervising local on- island resources (MEP subs and concrete supplier). Close liaison with the Owner's directly employed Metal Building Contractor was necessary to ensure accurate placement of bolts and cast-ins. We carried out an exercise, revising the foundation design to make it more "buildable" and allow speedier construction, in conjunction with the Owner's Structural Consultant. Similarly close liaison with the Owner's Representative and Consultants was necessary to ensure all correct underslab provisions were made for the Terminal Building.

The Project works were completed on schedule.
